    We advocate for you as the industry voice, speaking on your behalf. We work with legislators to influence policy and create codes and standards that benefit the industry and the public. Our annual "Day on the Hill" meetings with senior government officials promotes regulatory harmonization, climate change adaption, and timely adoption of national codes.

    WE FOSTER NETWORKING

    We foster networking by providing face-to-face and virtual opportunities to meet with decision-makers and other executives through meetings, workshops, committees, councils, trade shows, learning forums, recognition programs, and social events. Our annual business conference connects 300+ industry leaders every year.

    WE HELP DRIVE YOUR TRAINING

    We help drive your training so you can deliver to your employees the skills and confidence they need to increase sales and productivity through workshops, seminars, and webinars. Recent skills training has included: sales, leadership, product knowledge, communication, hydronics and PVF training.

    We track statistics so that you are aware of regional, national, and international sales numbers such as whole, boiler, water heater, and PEX sales through our monthly statistics reports. We ensure you stay current on compensation standards, economic forecasts, and other critical benchmarking data to help identify new opportunities.
