Purpose
- To assess the survey results of the previous years ABC.
- To establish a short list of business speakers and a working theme.
- To recommend appropriate revisions to all ABC programs.
- To recommend additional programs that will attract local attendance.
- To establish a draft budget for Board approval. ABC budgets are “break even”.
