We have discovered that great leaders foster an environment where they and other leaders continually seek to increase their leadership abilities, capacity and consistency.
A FERVESCO IGNITE Leadership Assessment is an opportunity to level up your leadership by checking in on 12 critical leadership success competencies. It is a series of questions you answer online in our secure portal about yourself regarding where you think you are and where you believe you must be to be a successful leader. Additionally, if you chose, the process can also provide an opportunity for you to validate your thinking with others that work closely with you by asking their thoughts on where you are in the same key areas.
After completing the survey, one of our Leadership Coaches will meet with you online for a 1 hour coaching session to provide a full report of your assessment results. Easy-to-interpret visual graphs and summary analysis will enable you to create a personalized leadership development plan to build on your strengths and enhance your strategic growth opportunities.
